My husband and I walked into the big baby store for the first time for ourselves.   I've been shopping for friends, but when I have a list of "suggested" registry items, and dozens of aisles to navigate, it can be overwhelming.

Several friends have children, and have made suggestions on what we really need and then they've heard of things they missed out on.

So, I want to pick the brains of all the moms, dads, parents, grandparents, and anyone that has taken care of a baby.   I figure all the input and maybe we can come up with a real list of needed items for the little guy.
