For the fifth year in a row, local companies will team up to design and construct large holiday-themed art sculptures made up of canned food items, which are placed on public display at the Knoxville Convention Center for families to visit throughout the holiday season. So far, Knoxville Holiday Canstruction has donated more than 110,000 canned food items to Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee and plans to exceed those goals in its fifth year.
