During the months of April and May, diners can help Children’s Hospital’s expansion project by eating at some of their favorite restaurants. Several local restaurant owners have teamed up to help Children’s Hospital by offering special menus and donating a portion of their proceeds to the expansion project. Restaurants include:
• Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop
• Cru Bistro
• Holly’s Corner
• Magpies Bakery
• Nama Sushi Bar
• Petro’s Chili and Chips
• Puleo’s Grille
• Shuck Raw Bar & Ale
• Snappy Tomato Pizza
• Trio Café
Visit www.etch.com/expansion to learn more about the expansion and to see a complete list of participating restaurants and the dates for each restaurant’s offer. The money raised will help Children’s Hospital raise $15 million for the expansion project. To date, nearly $10 million has been pledged toward the project.
Breaking ground later this summer, the expansion will include a 44 private room Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a new surgery center with operating suites, pre-op and recovery on the same floor and new outpatient areas to treat children with chronic conditions like diabetes and cystic fibrosis.
For more information about the expansion or to make a donation, contact Children’s Hospital’s Development Department at (865) 525-GIVE.
