AMBER Alert infant found safe in Morgan County

WARTBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday evening the three-month-old subject of an AMBER Alert has been found safely in Morgan County.

A statewide AMBER Alert was issued for three-month-old Russell Roysden around 7 p.m.

Prior to finding the infant, TBI agents said Russell was last seen at his home in Wartburg on Wednesday. Agents believed he was kidnapped by his non-custodial father, 56-year-old Jerry Roysden.

A warrant for kidnapping was issued for Jerry's arrest. Officials said he has an extensive violent criminal history.
