KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Babalu Tapas & Tacos announced a taco shop to help alleviate the cost of 10-year-old Ethan Woodruff's ongoing therapy.

Ethan was in a car accident three years ago that left him with irreparable brain damage, according to event organizers.

Babalu said they will donate $1 for every taco sold and proceeds from the all-day pop-up shop on March 22 to help with Ethan's recovery.

Ethan also created his own dessert feature that will be sold throughout the day: a fried flour tortilla topped with Phoenix ice cream, chocolate sauce, strawberries, peanuts, and mint.
