KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Sweet glazed salmon and brussels Bake
This one pan dish can serve four people - takes about 20 minutes to prep.
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/4 pound of veggies of your choice, brussels sprouts, carrots, potatoes...whatever you prefer.
1 1/4 teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 salmon fillets
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, line baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, stir together your brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Brush this mix onto salmon filets
2. toss brussels sprouts in olive oil salt and pepper.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes, until salmon is cooked and brussels sprouts are tender.
