Pinspiration: Broccoli cheesy bake

Thanksgiving is here and the cooking begins. This is a delicious side dish.

Here's what you need:

1 lb. broccoli florets
1 cup gluten free panko crumbs
4 TBSP melted butter
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. black pepper
½ lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 oz . Camembert cheese, cubed

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes and drain.
Mix panko crumbs, butter, thyme, oregano, paprika, Cayenne and black pepper.
Add broccoli, Velveeta and Camembert to a casserole dish and top with panko. Wrap with foil and bake for 15-20 min.
Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
