Roasted garlic aioli
Firehouse toast their bread and then steam the meat and ingredients separately to keep from a soggy sandwich. Add the aioli and spinach to complete the sandwich.
Firehouse Subs recently made a 20,000 dollar donation in fire equipment to the Pigeon Forge Fire Department .
