KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- In this week's Pinspiration we have Firehouse Subs at Local 8 News to show us how they make their Hook and Ladder sub.
Smoked turkey breast
Virginia honey ham
Melted Monterrey Jack cheese
Served fully involved with mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, onion, and tomato on a toasted sub roll.
They first toast the bread and steam the meat and cheese to keep the sub from becoming soggy. They then finish it off with toppings.
Firehouse Subs is also accepting donations for their Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. The donations help first responders receive the equipment they need to save lives.
