KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- It's Thanksgiving day and you've got the turkey in oven, the vegetables and potatoes on the stove and the ham on deck.
With this recipe we're using the slow cooker to get the ham going and save time and space.
Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham
8 lb sprial cooked ham
1 20 oz can of chunked pineapple
4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
Pour 2 cups of brown sugar in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the ham.
Open the cuts of the ham and pour over ham.
Place the remaining 2 cups of brown sugar on top of the ham.
Pour pineapple over ham.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
