HOLLY SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) -- Marshall County authorities are intensifying the search for a second suspect in a Christmas Day drive-by shooting that left a 16-year-old Memphis girl dead.
Chief Investigator Kelly McMillen says 31-year-old Corey Albright was arrested Tuesday night at a Memphis-area home. Albright was being held Thursday in the Marshall County jail without bond pending an initial court appearance.
McMillen said a car believed to have been used in the drive-by shooting was found at home where Albright was arrested.
The search continues for 22-year-old Rico R. Fleming.
Albright and Fleming are each charged with murder in the death of Derica Patterson and five counts of drive-by shooting in the wounding of three other people in the car. One person in the car was not injured.
