Anderson County men accused of breaking into coal company

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Two men were arrested Sunday after being chased into the woods by a security guard at Southern Coal Company on Airbase Lane in Briceville.

Deputies say 24-year-old Louis Goodman, of Oak Ridge, and 24-year-old Christopher Harness, of Briceville, tried breaking into the facility.

They're charged with Burglary, Theft of Property (Felony), and Criminal Trespassing.

Goodman was also charged with Unlawful Use of Body Armor. Deputies say he was wearing a bulletproof vest.

Harness was also charged with Possession of Burglary Tools.
