4 warehouse workers indicted on in theft case

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- A federal grand jury in Memphis has indicted four warehouse workers, charging them with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of video game software.

Byron Manning, Darryl Covington, John Brown and Alexander Smith are named in indictments that charge them with conspiring to steal Xbox controller cards and sell them over the Internet, according to The Commercial Appeal.

The indictment alleges the men realized nearly $350,000 over three years. The cards sell for $60 each and are stored in a caged area at Technicolor Home Entertainment Services. The suspects are accused of stealing cards at the company and from trucking company Ceva Logistics.
