TENNESSEE(WVLT)--A Tennessee Statewide AMBER Alert has been cancelled for 11 month old Charles Forrestt Dillon.
Harrisonburg Police found him safe. They say Charles' mother, Sarah Kline is now in custody.
Police say Sarah took Charles around 11 this morning and thought she was headed for Arkansas.
