KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Authorities have arrested a Knoxville teen in connection with the shooting death of 17 year-old Elizajuan Stuart in August 2010.
Sixteen year-old Rodriques Elmore was charged with first degree murder, authorities announced late Thursday afternoon.
Stuart was shot to death in an alley near Magnolia Avenue. Both were rising seniors at Austin East.
