CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. Two people appeared in a Cumberland County courtroom Friday afternoon answering to murder charges stemming from a quadruple homicide.

Jacob Bennett tried to enter a guilty plea, but a judge denied his plea because he had not consulted a lawyer.

Lina Yvonn Moser entered a not guilty plea for her role in the killings.
TBI arrested her this morning at her home.

The judge denied bond for both Bennett and Moser. They will be back in court October 3rd.

Police found three teenagers and a young woman dead near Renegade Mountain September 12th.
