CROSSVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Hearings were held in Cumberland County Thursday for two people accused of killing a 22-year old and three teens.
Jacob Bennett and Brittany Moser are accused of killing Ricki Jacobsen, 22, and 17-year-olds Steven Presley and Domonic Davis, and 16-year-old Jon Lajeunesse in September 2013.
Their bodies were found in a car on Renegade Mountain.
The prosecution requested Moser's bond be set at $5 million.
She took the stand and testified about any possible connections to people outside the United State. A TBI agent also testified, saying Moser's story about the events surrounding the case has changed several times.
The judge set her bond at $1 million.
Bennett did not appear in court, but his attorney filed a long list of motions. Most were granted, but the judge denied the request to throw out the murder indictment as well as the prosecution's plan to seek the death penalty.
He's scheduled to appear in court again May 28.
