COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- A man indicted in Cookeville, Tenn., on charges of having child pornography on his computer says he's innocent because he's blind.

Thirty-five-year-old Christopher Hank Bohannon of Cookeville is accused of having more than 100 images or materials.

In a written statement Monday to the Cookeville Herald-Citizen, he said he was born blind and it's not medically possible for him to commit such crimes. He said he plans to fight the charges.
