Cops arrest man for stolen backhoe

RUTLEDGE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Rutledge man was arrested last Thursday for allegedly stealing a backhoe, according to the Grainger Co. Sheriff's Office.

Marty Alan Hodge, 38, was charged with Theft of Property over $10,000.

The backhoe, which belonged to Lloyd Harmon, was reportedly stolen in Knox County and eventually turned up near the edge of some woods owned by Marty Hodge.
