COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Cocke County Sheriff's Office executed two search warrants Wednesday morning at a home and a bar.
One was at the home of Lisa Williamson at 124 Nightingale Way in Newport. The other warrant was executed at the Three Way Inn Bar at 4398 Cosby Highway in Cosby.
Officers seized 329 prescription pills, around 23 grams of cocaine, and 50 grams of marijuana, numerous weapons, cash, and two vehicles.
Three people were also arrested.
Brian Carver, 39, is charged possessing and trying to sell drugs in a school zone.
Sandra Messer, 40, is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of schedule 3 with intent to resale in a school zone.
Lisa Williamson, 47, is charged with various drug offenses.
The sheriff's office says execution of the warrants followed numerous complaints from the community and undercover agents buying drugs from Lisa Michelle Williamson while she was bartending at the Three Way Inn Bar.
Deputies say they performed numerous traffic stops which resulted in the collection of drugs stemming from the Three Way Inn Bar.
Undercover agents say they also illegally bought prescription drugs from Williamson's home, including from Carver.
During the execution of the warrant at the Three Way Inn Bar, officers found Hydrocodone on Messer, who was bartending at the time.
This investigation is in progress by the Cocke County Sheriff's Office to combat organized crime and the drug problem which is affecting many great families in our community.
