Crimetracker: Sevierville police looking for theft suspect

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Sevierville Police Department is asking for your help in identifying a man suspected of committing a recent theft at the Sevierville Kmart store.

Detectives say the man in some surveillance pictures is suspected of stealing more than $31,000.00 in jewelry from the Kmart store on December 19, 2013.

Store security video allegedly shows the man reaching behind the counter and stealing the jewelry.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of this person is requested to call Detective Shanks at 865-868-1750.
