ARJAY, Ky. (WVLT) -- Kentucky State Police say 44-year-old Vance Miller and 37-year-old David Lefevers have been charged with wanton endangerment.
Troopers say they received a call around 9:26 Saturday night about a vehicle on fire next to a home in Arjay.
Firefighters say when they tried to put out the blaze, one of the suspects came out with a gun, started using foul language, and shot at them.
When KSP arrived, they tried communicating with the man, but he refused. Once chemical agents were tossed inside the home, Miller and Lefevers surrendered.
They're now in the Bell County Detention Center.
