MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT) -- After a concerned resident saw suspicious activity at a home on Hershey Drive Monday morning, two people are now behind bars.
The Hamblen County Sheriff's Office says when deputies responded, they didn't see anything out-of-the-ordinary.
A deputy decided to hide his patrol car, and within minutes, he saw a man running from the area. The suspect didn't realize where he was going because he ran directly to the other deputy.
Officials say Spencer Feezell and 26-year-old Crystal Lane were arrested after they were allegedly caught with three duffel bags of property from the home.
Deputies say the home belonged to Lane's sister and the duo had spent the night there.
The items stolen included clothes, an X-Box, and other household goods valued at approximately $1,400.
Both suspects are in the Hamblen County Jail, charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property over $1,000.
