COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Cocke County Fire and Emergency Services Coordinator was arrested Friday on DUI charges.
THP says David Cody ran a red light and had an expired registration.
Troopers say they noticed he had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol, and fumbled a lot while trying to pull out his license.
They say he refused to submit a sample of his blood for testing.
