ONEIDA, Tenn. (WVLT) - Sheriff's deputies in Scott County have arrested a convicted sex offender. And now he faces several charges.
Authorities picked up David Duncan during a Tuesday afternoon traffic stop in Oneida.
Officers say they found handguns and rifles in the car.
And because Duncan is a convicted felon, he's not allowed to have firearms.
Officers also discovered those guns were stolen from a home.
Duncan faces illegal possession, burglary and a number of other charges.
He was convicted of statutory rape in 2006.
