Crimetracker: Fingerprint evidence leads police to accused burglar

MORRISTOWN, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Morristown man is facing charges for burglary and theft.

The Hamblen County Sheriff's Department arrested 32-year old Cody Jack Ray Livesay Friday night after fingerprint evidence linked him to a home burglary on December 11 on Copper Ridge Road.

After his arrest, deputies say Livesay admitted to another burglary in late October on Little Mountain Road.

He's charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Burglary and 2 counts of Theft of Property over $1000. Livesay, who was on Parole for burglaries in 2008, is being held on $80,000 bond.

He's also under investigation for several other burglaries in Hamblen County.
