KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Knox County grand jury indicted a man for a murder commited nearly a decade ago.

James McKenzie is charged with killing Courtney Duncan in November 1993. The indictment was handed down on January 15.

Knoxville Police are not commenting on the case.
