MCMINN COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A McMinn County man is in jail, charged with killing his uncle.
27-year-old William Goins is accused of shooting 49-year-old Bobby Ghorley Tuesday at Goins' home on County Road 213.
It happened shortly after deputies responded to the home about an on-going dispute between Goins and his cousin. After police left, they say a fight Goins and Ghorley got into a fight. That's when investigators say Goins pulled a gun and shot Ghorley.
Goins surrendered to authorities without incident. He's now charged with second degree murder.
