Crimetracker: Man steals underwear, threatens employee with box cutter

CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Police in Clinton are looking for a man who they say stole women's underwear while threatening an employee with a box cutter.

It happened on Monday around 3:25 PM at the Walmart on Tanner Lane.

Police say a white male walked out of the store with two packages of women's plus-size Fruit of the Loom underwear.

An employee tried to stop him as he was walking out the door, but that's when police say the man displayed a box cutter in his left hand.

The suspect then ran to an older model car and took off.
