KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville police are searching for at least two men, who held up the KenJo Market on Merchants Drive and Central Avenue Thursday afternoon.
Police say two men, who acted like they had a handgun, demanded the cash drawer. They ran toward the wood line between Central and I-75.
A witness reported seeing the men get into an older model, box-style four door Chevrolet. The witness told police three other men were in the car.
Knoxville police and the Knox County Sheriff's Department searched the area near Dante and Mundal Roads, using K-9's and a helicopter.
The suspects remain on the loose.
