HARROGATE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Police have arrested one man for robbing a Harrogate business right before it went up in flames Monday morning. The suspect, also known as Little John, is charged with DUI and Theft over $2,000 and is currently being held in the Claiborne Co. Jail. The items recovered from his car are being sent to a lab for further analysis.
