Crimetracker: Stabbing at north Knoxville convenience store

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Police are investigating a stabbing at a north Knoxville convenience store early Tuesday morning.

Officers found Gary Washington sitting on a curb in front of a Pilot gas station, 800 Beaumont Ave., around 6:00 a.m., according to a Knoxville police Dept. spokesperson.

Washington had a stab wound in his left forearm, near his elbow. He was taken to UT Medical Center for treatment.

No one has been arrested in connection with the stabbing nor did they give any suspect information.
