CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Campbell County Sheriff's Office is trying to figure out who broke into Campbell County High School and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Someone scattered paint all over the locker room and field house as well as damaged other equipment.
It was originally thought that the damage was going to total about $25,000, but now it could likely reach $40,000.
"Sad situation. We've had a good season for the guys to have to come in and see their jerseys in this condition. It's heart breaking for them," Sheriff Robbie Goins told Local 8 News.
Investigators say they've developed some solid leads. If you know anything about this case, call the Campbell County Sheriff's Office.
