KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- For the third time in a week, Knoxville firefighters were called to a house at 2427 Jefferson Ave, but this time left the building completely destroyed.
In an email, Knoxville Fire Dept. Captain D.J. Corcoran called the fire and says arson investigators are looking into its cause.
The first call came in Tuesday morning over a small utility room fire and left the 15 occupants without their place to stay.
One Friday, the second call left firefighters fighting flames for three hours.
The third call was at 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning over fire erupting from the roof, but this time the house was completely destroyed.
