GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A former county clerk has been arrested on DUI charges after a traffic stop on Saturday night in Gatlinburg.
Arrest warrants show Joe Keener, of Gatlinburg, was pulled over for not having a working taillight. Police say he then turned off the vehicle and jumped out.
Police say Keener had a strong alcohol odor and performed poorly on three field sobriety tests.
