SNEEDVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Hancock Co. Sheriff's Dept. is searching for four men who it said escaped the jail on Wednesday morning.

The inmates were identified as:

• Buster Lee Carpenter, 22 year old, w/m, 5’10”, black hair, brown eyes.
  Tattoo of cross on chest and name on right arm.


• Stephen A. Crowder, 31 year old, w/m, 5’5” , black balding hair, blue eyes.
  Multiple tattoos on neck


• Travis E. Livesay, 22 year old, w/m, 5’8”, brown hair, hazel eyes
  No known scars or tattoos


• Christopher A. Seal, 25 year old, w/m, 5’11”, 155, brown hair, green eyes
  Tattoo of Creeper on left shoulder

The inmates were discovered missing shortly before 8:00 a.m. The sheriff's department believes they may be in a 2006 Gold Ford Crew Cab Pickup bearing TN tag# 3H13771.
