KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- One man is in custody on Tuesday after police say he broke in through the window of a home on Central View Rd. The suspect was identified as Anthony Griffin, 55. He is charged with one count of aggravated burglary.

The homeowner said she saw the suspect crawling through her window and immediately called police. An officer responded to the call and arrested him as he tried to leave through the back door with a bag of items he had stolen.
