WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has arrested a man for abusing an impaired adult.

Timothy Hudgins, 39 of Kingsport, worked as an in-home caregiver of a mentally challenged man, then he was terminated by his company (RHA Health Services) when the family found out he was abusing him.

Hudgins is charged with Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation of a Dependent Adult. He was booked in the Washington County jail on Wednesday and expects to go to court July 22nd.
