Knox County deputies investigating shoot out at home

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knox County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shoot out between a homeowner and two burglars.

Deputies say the owner found two men coming out of his Sevierville Pike home, carrying stolen items.

They say the homeowner then fired at the two men and one of them returned fire.

Authorities aren't sure how many shots were fired but say no one was hurt.

The two men, believed to be 20 to 30 years old with brown hair, took off in a red car.
