KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Police investigators are trying to determine who shot a man and left him to die on a Knoxville roadside.
Police have identified the victim as 44-year-old Ralph Baker of Knoxville.
Baker was shot in the leg and left along the road at the intersection of Boyd Street and Douglas Avenue a little before six Tuesday night.
The injury is not life threatening.
