SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Sevierville Police have arrested a Kentucky man after a 12 year-old said he was touching himself inappropriately in the bathroom.

According to arrest warrants, the 12 year-old boy was in the bathroom at the Wilderness Resort when the defendant yelled to the victim. When the boy turned around he saw the man masturbating in front of the victim.

Police arrested William T. Edwards, of Lexington, KY, 53, was arrested on December 31, 2012 and charged with Indecent Exposure.

Edwards has been released from the Sevier County jail on $6500 bond. He's expected to be in court on January 15th.
