Knoxville teen killed in Clinton crash, driver charged

CLINTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Clinton man is facing charges following a deadly wreck that claimed the life of a Knoxville teen. Amber Smith, 19, was killed in the Tuesday morning crash, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Twenty-three year-old Justin Seeber is accused of driving on a revoked license and failing to exercise due care. Authorities said more charges could be on the way as well.

Reports indicate Seeber and Smith were heading down Highway 25 with two others when the car went off the road, hit a ditch, and ended up back on the road.
