NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Police have arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with an attempted shooting of a witness outside the Nashville courthouse.
WKRN-TV reports that Tyree Gray was arrested Wednesday afternoon and taken into custody. He was wanted on warrants for attempted homicide, reckless endangerment and retaliation for firing a shot outside the A.A. Birch Building in downtown Nashville on Tuesday morning
No one was injured after the bullet hit a concrete wall in a passenger loading zone.
Officials say the intended target was 21-year-old Trevienno Fuqua, who was arriving at the courthouse to testify against Gray in a felony reckless endangerment case.
