New York man robbed at Knoxville hotel

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A New York man was robbed at knife point by three masked men outside a Knoxville hotel Monday morning.

According to Knoxville Police spokesperson Darrell DeBusk, Bryan Kashimallak was in the parking lot of the Jameson Inn, 209 Market Place Boulevard, when the suspects approached him brandishing a knife. They ordered the 22 year-old onto the ground and took some bracelets as well as a small bag with small electronic items in it.

The suspects then took off in a silver Hyundai with dealer plate.

Kashimallak was not hurt in the robbery, DeBusk said.
