KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Judicial Nominating Committee has named three candidates to replace Judge Richard Baumgartner.

Governor Bill Haslam will select between Scott Green, Chuck Burks, and Steve Sword to fill the vacant seat on the criminal court.

Green and Burks are both defense lawyers, while Steve Sword is a prosecutor. Haslam may only pick from these three candidates or reject all of the candidates.
