KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- An officer was injured during a struggle with a suspect, who managed to break free and get away, according to the Knoxville Police Dept.
Authorites said the Officer John Williams spotted the suspect, Todd Benjamin Reagan, sitting in the passenger seat of a car parked at the Tobacco Stop, 1049 Maryville Pike. Reagan, 34, broke free as the officer tried to arrest him and took off on foot.
