KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- An argument over a man led to an early morning stabbing outside the Walter P. Taylor housing complex early Tuesday morning, according to Knoxville Police spokesperson Darrell DeBusk.
Sabrina Jackson, 43, told police she was walking to a store when she was stabbed in the leg three times by a female friend. Police said the injuries didn't appear to be life-threatening and Jackson was refusing to prosecute.
Jackson had flagged down officers in the 2200 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. shortly before 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Officers said her left jean leg was covered in blood. Officers found a trail of blood which traced back there.
