Victim identified in West Knoxville shooting

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville Police say a person was shot outside N Touch Communications while leaving the store Monday evening.

Police say 31-year-old Harold Otis Williams had been shopping inside the store, and was shot multiple times while walking out of the store.

The suspect then drove away in a blue or silver 4-door car. Witnesses say it was possibly an Infiniti.

KPD says the shooting was not random violence.

Williams was transported to UT Medical Center. His condition has not been released.
