KINGSTON, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Roane Co. elementary teacher failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, according to the Roane Co. Sheriff's Office.
Reports indicate Justin Morgan Giles was weaving and crossing the center line as he headed east on U.S. Route 70 shortly before midnight on October 28. The officer who pulled him over noted Giles had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. Giles allegedly told the officer he had drank about a six-pack and taken a Xanax.
