Sevier man accused of bilking dead mom's account

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Federal investigators say Dennis Ogle pocketed nearly $20,000 in VA and SSI benefits imporperly paid to his dead mother over a two year period. He's been indicted by a federal grand jury in Knoxville for fraud.

Ogle is already on parole for a rash of armed robberies in Sevier County and kidnapping. State parole authorities say the plan to ask the Probation and Parole Board to revoke his parole.
